Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha. Crispy pork cutlets. ( I beat the meat. It helped so much), corn and snappea sauté, with a scallion mustard sauce. Sooooo good!  Plating SUCKED at Cafe Mais Sha tonight. Brown butter scallops and lemon caper sauce over creamy polenta with a fennel salad. Will make again!!!!  Chefs night off at Cafe Mais Sha so warmed up homemade chicken soup and a grilled cheese fit the bill!  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha Beef Yakisoba with a side salad. and my new sticks!  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha Roasted Berbere Pork and veggie with a mint sauce that dolloped away from me.  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha Chicken and snow peas with peanut sauce over udon noodles  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha Cheesy grits with pan seared pork cutlets and green beans.  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha Ricotta meatballs with penne pasta noodles tossed in a creamy pesto sauce  |
