As my birthday winds down I want to thank everyone for the wishes, the hugs, the visits, the dinner, the presents .... I loved them all. If only I could hear the angels say Happy Birthday... My love flies to them on the wings of angels!

 We all have burdens that can steal our joy and cause us to be sour. But if we're to live life happy, we need a grateful spirit.I wish some of the sour pusses would try to live their life more happily and leave my joy alone.. it is in short supply!

Oddly this doesn't come up again for 8 months.. but I finally realized it in January 2014 I was GIVING people my joy.

I think this is what has me so darn down about my birthday... just the memory of her smiling about the cake she worked so hard on ... decorating it in pink that she hated all because I loved it.... I think I shall find a closet see you guys on Friday. — with Lisa Paterson Nicholson.

I have made the decision that some where along the lines that people got underwear all mixed up.. I am sorry but boxers are like the most comfortable thing EVER! I may never buy shorts again and just run around in mens drawers!

Just so I am clear two important steps in making coffee are 1. Putting in coffee grounds and 2. Making sure the pot is actually under the pot when turned on. I have repeatedly messed this up for weeks!!!!
