Short sweet no pic.
I feel like crap, it’s nothing contagious so don’t fret. Positive: I have the ability to recognize that and why and have better suited my day to rest through it because I have gym day tomorrow. Did this insanity! When he sent me this pic saying here is your next work out after I had seen it on IG and threw up a little I may have threw up a little more cried a bit and thought there is no way in hell I would likely perish first. Then he said it’s what you can do in 50 minutes. OH GOOD I thought because I wouldn’t make it to the punch ups and those inch worms. Well... WRONG. I did it all plus one more set of jump rope and another run!
THEN I threw around 500lbs of dog food! If that ain’t a positive I don’t know what is. That’s kinda crazy. How did we get to 17 so fast??!!!
Today we had our girl with us on our walk. She behaved very nicely! Positive: I got out of the Jeep after our walk and I didn’t feel like the tin man!!! Mom and I went on our walk today at the end I told her that we forgot our pic yesterday and she said NO WAY was I taking a pic of her today! INSTANTLY I knew what to do.
Queue Hee Haw! Where oh where are you tonight? Positive: I love our silliness. Me and main squeeze.
Positive. I have the love of this little guy and all the joy he brings. Finished our work out today with Mom in tow. Shaved MINUTES off of my last work out of the same! Woot woot. Got a couple of miles in with mom. Nothing fast nothing fancy just enjoying the sun shine and the leg stretch.
Positive. I have an amazing mom that through it all thick or thin just won’t go away. . Love you. Got some miles in.
Positive. My eyes are so blue that when you use a color muting filter .... they still blue. In case you are wondering how much color removing peep my glasses. Everyone KNOWS they are purple. Positive. I still need a 15lb kettlebell. As luck would have it and I am not speaking of my shirt I own one. So I brought mine in since the Ys goes from 5 10 25 35. I used a 10lb the other day and while the workout itself was hard it just didn’t feel right so today I ensured I upped myself. Feels much better.
The treadmill part wasn’t fun. But it was done. Ran into a few friendly faces that is always helpful. Invited to join in the 530 boot camp class I declined and told them to talk to me in 90 days which will be June 1st and day 100. Y’all hold me to that ok? Mini goal set. 5k April 3rd. Realistic/Ambitious Goal comfortably attend the June 1st boot camp class at the Y. |
