Describe the dish please. What we have here chef is a Beef Wellington Medium rare made with an Italian Seasoning crepe because the chives were slimy. Slightly well done charred broccolini and blistered tomatoes with a balsamic drizzle. Served with Dauphinoise potatoes and a red wine sauce on the side. |
