Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha French Onion Skillet meatloaf over cauliflower rice and peas. It tastes much better than it looks. Dad had regular rice and gravy as the recipe called for. Mine is keto friendly.

Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha. Beef egg roll stir fry over cauliflower rice for. Jasmine for the customer. I left out the sugar and used Swerve instead  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha. Spicy pork sausage rigatoni in a cream sauce with a side of kale salad. The noodles have to go by this weekend.  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha. Wayyyyyyy out of comfort zone. Wayyyy wayyyyy out. Allie please tell Joe thanks.... I think. Fried Rabbit with rustic mashers and peas.  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha. It was a mystery box challenge!!!! Main ingredient was someone else’s Chilli. Just a bowl of chilli. The Challenge was to use open and or items that needed to be used quickly to present a Mais Sha worthy meal. I think I didn’t get chopped.  Today for lunch at Cafe Mais Sha Pan seared pork cutlets over Parmesan cheesy grits and slightly well done roasted green beans and asparagus served with a lemon caper sauce. Side note. I stretched this Marley and Spoon meal with wal mart purchased pork cutlets so one customer could have lunch with us and take some home. All I can say is I didn’t realize how bad it was until there was a good quality cutlet right beside the bad. It must have been good the customers left me a tip of dirty cleaned plates again.  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha Peppercorn incrusted beef tenderloin mashed sweet taters and sautéed green beans. With a little side of crispy sprouts Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha mini skillet meatloaf with roasted taters and broccoli. The customer really likes it.  Tonight at Cafe Mais Sha. Kicking Pulled Chicken sandwich with a jalapeño slaw and baked fries.  |
