"What can you do?" So many people have asked. Things are coming to me.. No as many of you have said we can't bring her back but there are things we CAN do to keep her alive and here with us. Donate to her relay for life team, Blue Devils for a cure, it may be her donations that directly save someone. Second, live YOUR life as the person you are, and please allow me and the rest of her family, Shanen, Anita, Nick, and Scott to live ours. A quiet hug when seen will help lift up our spirits, but I ask you to please not stare, gawk, bombard us with questions and otherwise treat us less than people because our lives changed so drastically and traumatically. Everyone deals with their grief differently and at this time we need to keep Deanna' light shining, if we stopped living so would her light and she would NOT like that. And last but not least never forget your "Deanna Hug" buckle your seat belt and know she is giving you a warm hug and saving your life. Thank you all for everything you have done for us.
