Love from Winnie

As I was about to start the 5K this morning, I thought back to a time that I couldn't run. I thought back to you, paying it forward, in my very 1st Bootcamp. Please know how much your encouragement has always meant to me. You never made fun of my beyond terrible breathing you just kept encouraging me to focus & to push forward. So today, before I started that run, I said to myself, "this run is for Re!" I am forever grateful.
