Rants and Raves

Yes I do rant and rave and some of my posts are filled with negativity, I realize that not everyone wants to read or see this, so please hide or unfriend me. I am ok with that, this is Facebook, not real life, it is simply a tool for connectivity, however, I think that it should be said that when I post such things its my way of screaming for help, the moments when I am at my lowest and without fail someone will respond and give me a glimmer of hope. To those of you that read each post with interest and sincerity looking for the moments of sadness and madness inside of my words simply hoping to help in some small way, I can't tell you how much you are appreciated!
